I do not know what a Governator is maybe Arnold Schwarzenegger but anywas. You might be talking about a governor which is a device used to measure and regulate the speed of a machine, such as an engine. A classic example is the centrifugal governor, also known as the Watt or fly-ball governor, which uses weights mounted on spring-loaded arms to determine how fast a shaft is spinning, and then uses proportional control to regulate the shaft speed. If you dont have one then you wont want one because it inhibits performance. If you want to enhance performance just get a new intake or exhaust. But parts in india are not that great nor are they reliable in India trust me I go there every other year during the summer and have to listen to my cousins about the crap they buy and how it does not work

Are you speaking of a generator, or a govenor??

I would think you can find them at a bike supply store.
