I found this company, http://www.haydenrubber.com/, but it doesn't really look legitimate so I was wondering if there is any information on whether it is a scam or not? And if it is a scam how does it work since it doesn't ask for money (or at least hasn't yet.)

Yes, it's a scam. Someone put a lot of work in to it but it is a scam none the less.

The scam is their "Employment". No company needs representatives to cash checks. The checks you would receive would look perfectly fine but they would be fake. The checks would bounce but not until after you have wired the money out of your account.

For example;

Day 1: You receive a check for $10,000
Day 4: The bank releases the funds
Day 5: You wire $9000 overseas
Day 10: The bank notifies you that the check was bogus and now your account is overdrawn by $9000 and you must come up with the $9000 right away.
