do i need a National Dex to find eevee and ditto in diamond.

or its possible to find them without National Dex but its very rare.

what do you know strong pokemon that i can catch without National Dex ??

You can get (not catch) an evee from som1 in the game without the nationaldex. But the ditto I would migrate but you may be able to catch it when you get the national dex. I would say Dialga would be the best. But if you're looking for something else I would say Gible. It evolves into Gabite then into Garchomp.

yes u need a national dex to get eevee and ditto if u have seen all pokemon in sinnoh talk to prof.rowan and if u already have ur national pokedex fly to hearthome city where BeBe lives the house net to the pokemon center and she will giveu aan eevee
