Yoshi is a dinosaur, although some people think he is a turtle because he's green. But he's not. He's also my favorite character from Mario.

He's a reptile. Similar to a lizard.
But if I had to choose between just turtle/dinosaur, I'd say he was close to a dinosaur, simply because he has no shell and walks on two legs.

100 percent sure he is definetley most positively stand correct in every single possible man made or human made universally way securely openly and thouroughly sure that yoshi is in fact a turtle NOT hahahahahahahaha. jokes what the hell made you think he was a turlte he is and always has been a dinosaur.Even on the live action movie Mario Bros he was a dinosaur remember.
