I've asked opinions once before regarding 4 c-sections but would love to hear stories of people who have had 4 c sections safely. I'm worried about abnormal placental implantation.... know of anyone who had this and how it was handled? More c-sections means greater likelihood of the baby or the placenta implanting in the scar tissue....

I've had 5 c-sections. I labored with the first four and the fifth was scheduled. There's always a chance the placenta will attach to the scar but that doesn't necessarily mean a life-threatening situation. My kids are all full-term and I was fine. You need to find a supportive doctor and reseach everything on your own so that you are an educated consumer. Read everything and don't just rely on other people's opinions - get documented facts.

I have had 3 c-sections. After the third, my doctor told me that I could not have any more because you can not keep opening the cut over and over because of the scar tissue. He said if I was to get pregnant again, I would have to have the baby naturally.

JFK's mother had 9, and that was in the 20's and 30's. My aunt had 4, all in the 60's. They were both fine, so I would thingk you would be too.
