Some don't start until they are 16. Don't worry about it. you will get it when your body is ready. However, you might be slightly underweight, I think you have to be at least 90lbs. to get a period.

I don't know what you mean by the numbered stages? I've never heard of those before.
Your body will not menstruate if you are not at a healthy weight to carry children - even after your period has initially started.
That aside, you might not necessarily have your period until you're 16 or 17. "Back in the day" periods didn't usually start until at least 15.

1st off be thankful, but seriously your weight has alot to do with it along with some other issues....I was 12 when I got mine.....but at the age of 22 I lost so much weight, my period stopped for 2 years....and I wasn't even sexually active.....I had a high metabolism and was under a lot of stress also...it will affect your period, believe me!!!! I was 22...5'1" tall and weighed 89 lbs...I was wearing a girls size 12....or 00....I did not intentionally lose the weight, because I ate like a horse...just couldn't gain weight.....trust me it will come, then you won't even want it......Good Luck sweetheart!!!

You are rather small for your age. Girls start their periods at different times. I was earlier than most of my friends when I started at 9 years old. I was so self-concious. One of my best friends did not start until she was 16, and most of the other girls were 13 or 14. It is different for different people. If you feel uncomfortable about it, you should talk to your doctor.
