seeing that you said fav type and cut of meat I would have to say chicken breast but my fav meat or meat alternative is a turkey, I love the white meat smothered in gravy. MMMmmmm. I'm a meat and potatoes kinda gal myself. I don't believe in eating small portions that are too small to see just to stay thin (that's what exercising is for) but I don't believe in gorging my food either. I do like a hearty home cooked meal after along hard days work especially if it is physical labour. Pleaseeee can we get off the food subject, stop trying to wear down my resolve. I feel like eating every two hours or so when I come across one of your food questions .=)))))))yummy. thank god for will power.

I use to love a good T-bone... I could eat one that looked like a roast and still be hungry. Now I've grown to appreciate a nicely cut filet grilled to perfection.

I love chicken breast.

Marinate it in olive oil, onions, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, & dried chili flakes. Then grill to perfection.

Serve with red onion & cherry tomato salad with balsamic vinegar & a glass of your favorite wine.
