If you suspect someone of criminal involvement it is not your job, or your right, to hack into their personal information. That is a task for law enforcement.

If someone is deceased then you should, IMHO, contact the administrators or owners of the various websites and make them aware of it (you may need to provide proof in the form of a death certificate) so that they can either grant you access to the accounts or close them.

The other issues are issues of conscience, boundaries and legalities. The type of 'hacking' (closer to password cracking) you're referring to is NOT legit so finding a third party to do it is never going to result in legitimacy regardless of how you try to term it and may result in civil or criminal charges against you and anyone else involved.

Addendum: Price shopping, as you are doing, often indicates intent regardless of your stated motives.

Probably not a good idea. Have you ever had someone do it to you just to see what you were doing? I think I have and I don't think it was fun so I don't think it would be a good idea to do it. But if you want that is going to be your choice.

Umm as for websites to tell a person how to hack into mail most likely not. Most of them might take the money and run without giving any real results and the person is going to be out of what they spent.

Doing what you propose is both extremely immoral and illegal. You should question your own morality if you even consider that there is justification for other than law enforcement people to do this.

Any company offering this service is likely to be run by very questionable people as they are knowingly offering an illegal and immoral service. So what will they do to you once you've given them access to your financial instruments?

Oh yes it's a great price and a really inexpensive way to land yourself behind bars.

Meh... I've done it for people.

I don't personally care about their motives, justification, or any of that other semantic bullshit. Most of the time it came down to the price of cigarettes and gas going up.

its immortal and illegal. just because you suspect something, doesn't mean its true. in the case of some one passing away, you have to have documentation to access any account.

No it is not OK. And as far as "legit", what makes you think that one is?! Sounds so close to illegal, i wouldnt pay them 1 dollar to do it.

It's not legal but what you really want to question is the morality.
