Using brain at full capacity... it simply cannot be! One who uses his brain hundred percent reaches the stage of enlightenment (kaivalya jnana) and finally salvation (moksha)! The bigger chunk of the human brain lies dormant! Most human beings never get to use more than 1% of the brain. The truth is stranger than fiction yet... absolute truth can never be belied!

Albert Einstein was the only scientist in the world who used his brain four percent! Albert Einstein perhaps was the only scientist who believed in the infallible existence of God! In the later stages of his life Albert Einstein realized that trying to understand the domain of God from the viewpoint of science was his biggest mistake. He was late by then!

Spirituality... the domain of God is far above the catch of science! Spirituality starts from the point where science ends. In the domain of God... it is absolute faith that rules the roost. Science demands proofs which are never forthcoming in the field of spirituality! In the later stages of his life Albert Einstein wanted to understand the gist of Bhagavad Gita... the most sacred Scripture of Hinduism existing on Mother Earth.

He tried his best but failed! Albert Einstein severely regretted this fact and wished he should have tried understanding Bhagavad Gita at an early age! Bhagavad Gita in Hinduism... the doctrine given to mankind by Lord Krishna contains everything that is knowable about God! The knower of Bhagavad Gita becomes the knower of all! One finally gains enlightenment and salvation!

Mahavira did that... so do Gautama Buddha! Jesus Christ and Prophet Mohammed also followed the same path. All these man gods having gained enlightenment used their brain hundred percent! In the last about 150 years... only two persons gained enlightenment. Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana... both used their brain to full capacity!

It is not in the hands of one to utilize our brain to full capacity! Only by traveling the spiritual path and reaching the stage of enlightenment does one become eligible for using the brain hundred percent! This faculty which is primarily controlled by God Almighty opens up the moment one awakens the Kundalini fully! For this one requires practicing absolute celibacy for a minimum period of 12 years in continuation. More on Enlightenment - http://www.godrealized.com/enlightenment.html

I don't feel that humans use the full capacity, yet I do feel we used way more than 5%. But just imagine if we even used more than 50? Moving other objects, or teleportation might be out the question, but what about a super human? Not only to be able to remember everything as soon as you see it, be able to recall everything and can still have the ability to throw unimportant ideas out...manually? What about being able to regulate heartbeat in situations through breathing and concentration? And physical? Running or jumping as fast as the body allows? Nothing in the body's range is unachievable, but anyone can do it!!!

Brain Capacity Used

We are using our brains at full capacity. That 5 percent usage idea is just a myth. If you take away 95 percent of a person's brain (or even far less), they'll die or develop severe mental problems. Much of the use is unconscious. Some of it is used for essential bodily functions, such as regulating heartbeat, breathing and digestion. It may be out of your control, but it remains essential.
The only way I can see your question applying is that most people are conflicted and are spending their mental energies in contradictory ways. If we can become focused, we get more done in a day and get more out of life. But that is not a mystical psychic power; it's part of the art of living fully.

We will keep on doing what we are doing now but of course with increased force and intensity. Brain's capacity to work has nothing to do with our deeds. Many genius born in the world but they had different behaviors, attitude and beliefs. In my opinion our deeds will be good only if we think without bias and believe in what is logical.

Scientifically we only use 11% of our brains. But in reality we do use 100%. The other 89% are stored DNA knowledege of all are ancestors, that we use as survival instincts. I'll be breif. When are parents create us, we gain all their knowledge, both of them, and all the knowledge from every ancestors conception before, all the way back to the beginning. At the time of our conception, we are granted all this stored knowledge. This explains DEJUV. Did you ever go some where for the first time and have a flash, "I been here before", no you haven't, but your great, great grandfather was, and you are now pulling off that 89% of your brain, with stored knowledge of survival, for you to use,. right here and now! I could go on and on about it, but you have the baisc idea.
Final asnwer, We already do!

i heard that human being use brain less than 10%....they did not make full use of it and has locked it up for many generation...in other word....human being become stupid!!!
if look back the history of human being...may be this is truth....talk about writing skill, human being not as good as last time..may be use computer too much..even sense of arts turn worst too......
there is saying if brain use up to full capacity....human being will become super human being, able to use mind to control surrounding...this theory apply to computer..and it works!!!
if we do experiments on human being, it probably take many generation and years......but try on computer...very fast, you ever see people use brain to operate computer....similar theory like this....very super!!!

if we were to use our brain in it's full capacity, we would have to operate out bodies manually, we would have to think of when we would have our next heart beat, we would be in control of when are we gonna digest our food, we would have control when we are gonna take a piss, we would control every single bodily functions there is... and in our current state we all know how hard that is, as it is our body is like car, we have to refuel it, we have to clean it, we have to repair it, sometimes we even need to replace some of our parts. and like a car we would only need to decide where to go, when to go, and how to do it... imagine thinking what to do, when to do it, and how to do it, including how to make your heart beat, when will you take your next breath, how much stomach acid you will use to digest the food etc... and we all know that life is hard as it is...

Obviously you still need to use yours at regular capacity. Your sentence needs some major help. What is your question exactly?
