Do you want the truth or do you want me to be optimistic?
Let's start with optimism. Mankind can find peace, when humanity, all of humanity finally grasps the concept of love not romantic love, that unconditional love that we are supposed to have for all man.
Now, the truth. Mankind will never find peace because there is too much greed in the world. Too many power-crazed, money-loving, killers exist in the world. How do you rationalize the things that mankind has done to each other over the course of history (that they still do toady no doubt) and let people claim to know what love is. Love does not exist (not as we like to think of it). It never has and from the looks of things it never will. Only money exists and only money will continue to exist.

No. Humanity exists in a domain that relies upon the opposite of peace in order to persist. Peace-having and peace-giving, peace-making and peace-keeping are necessary ingredients but not ever are they the finished product itself. Nor will we ever find its opposite, War, in any an unceasing manner.
None of these are more than a fraction, and not one can exist in whole; only in part.

Humanity will find peace. But that will not happen untill the end of the 7 years of tribulation and the end of the 1000 year millenial reign. After all that, then all those that live for Jesus will be with him in paradise (heaven) for eternity. That my friend, will be peace!

Yes, but not here. This is the place of egos & egos are always all about self. But if peace is what you truly want, you must begin with yourself. How can there ever be hope of world peace if you can not get along with your next door neighbor.

i think the answer is no as long as different people have different thoughts, opinions, and minds. if everyone thought the same thing there would be peace, but that is impossible. So sadly i don't think there will ever be true peace.

Not until we blow ourselves to oblivion or gasp that last breath of polluted air.
We just have too much need to be right about everything from the best athletic team to the best political system or the best religion, and we are way too eager to kill and die to prove that we are right.
It always amazes me to think about how different groups of Christians are willing to kill other groups of Christians about how to worship "the Prince of Peace".

Humanity, the whole physical world, is God bringing Pure non-physical Love and Physical Love together in one sphere. It will happen eventually but many of yours, others, and mine lifetimes that we with the non-physical part of God choose for us to continue to bring Love where Love sees not to be, will be needed still. Love is God & that's all there is.
