ok- so i got the moves and everything except the ev training ready, can someone tell me how to improve if you think this team's cruddy?
Charizard
Sunny Day/Solarbeam
Flamethrower/Roost
Tyranitar
Rock Slide/flamethrower
Rest or sandstorm if it doesnt have the sandstorm starting ability/earthquake
Breloom
Seed Bomb/spore
Focus Punch/Stone edge
Lanturn
Surf/Thunder Bolt
Confuse Ray/Thunder Wave
Mew
Calm Mind/Psychic
Flamethrower/ Hidden Power (how do you make it dark type?)
Dragonite
Focus Punch/Substitute
Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
I dont know if dragonites good at being a special fighter, if not, ill change ice beam and thunderbolt to something physical.

Your Charizard looks great, but I'd change Tyranitar's famethrower to Ice Beam, as you already have a fire type, and I'd definitely try to get a tyranitar with the sandstorm ability as teaching him the move takes up valuable attack space. I would also make your mew learn mirror coat if it can (that has always worked for me). The Lanturn lookes fine, and I would definitely give Dragonite a physical dragon type move, like Dragon Claw or Outrage, in the stead of thunderbolt. Overall, a 7/10.
