NO, a hiccup is a suction and a fart is an exposion outward force. So I think a hiccup and a fart at the same time would result in a more forceful fart or the hiccup caused the fart to make room for the sudden intake of air.
Wow, if that is the case the fart should not stink because it is freash air..
Well the good news is, it will at least lift your spirit.
