Found Passport Music Time Deluxe for purchase at http://snapnpost.com/shop/time_deluxe.html. I also found Music Time Deluxe at http://www.gvox.com/mtd.php.

The first link is for what appears to be an older version (doesn't run on Windows XP so may not work if you have a modern PC).
