Mexican food, of course.
I am from México, so it migth sound a partial opinion, but i have to say that i know that Mexican food is one of the best all over the world- and is not only TAQUITOS as some people think.
We have such a variety that most people don't even imagine, if you can someday you should try something diferent. There are diferent kind of tamales, atole, chinicuiles, huitlacoche, escamoles, mole, chiles en nogada, chiles rellenos, rajas de chile con queso, barbacoa de borrego, cabrito, flor de calabaza, ... just to mention some of the dishes.
Mexican cuisine is known for its intense and varied flavors, colorful decoration, and variety of spices. Mexican culture and food is one of the richest in the world, both with respect to diverse and appealing tastes and textures; and in terms of proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Some people consider Mexican cuisine to be the second most varied and vast in the world (after Chinese cuisine).

I really like Korean food and Spanish food. Or any kind of Asian food. Italian and Greek food is great too. :)
