Usually nothing comes free in this world is the saying but then there is a cliche in it because advicing this to others is free. SO we can say advice is that thing which everybody gives freely...

One thing that everybody give freely is their suggestions whether is wanted or not they just give it. The otherthing is telling what is not there instead of what is there in the society , like to keep the city clean they say see these peaple have made it so dirty they hav thrown cigaratte there and that person will be holding cigarrate in hand.
