Stop eating wheat and anything with wheat in it. I speak from having a wheat allergy about a year ago, and I could not eat anything with wheat in it at all. That includes wheat gluten, flower, breads, pasta. I dropped 20 pounds in the first month (not even, like 2 weeks haha) of doing this. But you really have to be strict and make sure you read labels to make sure you aren't eating anything with wheat in it, which is difficult because almost everything has wheat. :( You can go to natural food markets or health food stores to get wheat alternatives.

It might not work for you, but it certainly worked for me and now I look the way I've always wanted to :D yay.

Become thin with no exercise? um... if you starve yourself you'll go into "starvation mode" which will only cause you to gain weight. There is no quick easy way to get thin. Sorry.
