Both of us. I wear my pants, he wears his. The beauty of it is, if we both wear pants, no one has to be embarrassed!
As far as who makes the decisions, it works the same way. We work together. Yes, I believe the man is the head of the household, but because husband and wife are "one flesh", we both get to participate. He does not "Lord" over me, and I am not "subservient".

Why assume that all relationships are heterosexual? In my relationship we both wear skirts. We don't need pants to know who is in control, I am and she submits gladly.

my man and I like it like that..after years of being a single parent and working my butt off for low wages it is refreshing to have someone take the burden off me..but I see my stepdaughter wearing the pants in her family and it works for her so to each his own

if u ask this question 20 years ago i would have told u men do but now all i can see are men wrapped in women fingers, she said go right he goes right, go left he goes left. it sucks, i think there should be balance and more cave men but nontheless women should not be doormats, it's a matter of moderation.

I would like to say both, but I tend to make most of the decision so I would have to say me.
