does motrin help control your cramps?

does it help control ur cramps and is it true that it can lighten ur period when its too heavy? any details? thanx

It will help ease cramps, I usually take 2 or 3 Motrin and that does the trick. I've never heard of any pain med making your period lighter.

Yes, but it doesn't always work for everyone. It does lighten your period, since it thins the blood, but it also stops cramps. Pamprin works too.

It cannot lighten your period. It can reduce the swelling and help with the pain. Aspirin will thin out your blood.
