99.9% of all "private lenders" are scammers so be carefull. I am sure that a few of them will post an answer to your question.
Prosper.com is legit but it is a couple of week process to get done.
Beyond family or friends, you probably have zero chance of getting a legit loan quickly.

Don't pay attention to the people on here who are trying to Scam you. Beware of Advance fee Loan scams.
DO NOT take any offers or click any links from people that post on this board... 99.8% of them are SCAMS.
my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country and never use wire transfer services..
