I have cable connection. Is fast. However, these people have two rates: high speed ( $70 ) per month and the medium ( I have that) is only ($25 per month). Both are good and fine to use. The high speed is a waste of money.

Bandwidth is very different from local Speeds. Take it this way, local Area network, you send data may b a maximum of 1 metres, and Internet Thousands of miles :(

300x500 is very fast

The speed is set by your service provider. What did they say you'd get for your price? 100 Mpbs?
