Can you tell if someone is not from N'Orlins by the way they say the city name?

Everyone says it a bit different, but generally you hear N'awlins or New Awlins - what you will never hear is New Orleens...

being from louisiana most of us say new orleans
its those really southern/cajun people that say it n'awlins.
so if they say it like n'awlins then their probably from louisiana but not all louisianians say it like that

Most Louisianans say Nawlins, and smile knowingly as if to say "ya'll ain't from around here, are ya?" at those that say "Noo Orleens"

My ex husband is from Louisiana and he says Naw'lins!
