DOES IT HAVE ANY SPARK???
If not the only thing you haven't changed is the pickup coil in the distributor.
If yes, then check fuel pressure @ TBI.
If OK, remove the distributor cap, turn engine over by hand - note if the rotor is turning.
If OK then turn engine until @ TDC - note the position of the rotor. Should be pointing @ #1 spark plug lead. If not, the then replace the timing chain.

Engine & Mileage? It set for a twelve months without being started out? ok You "Load examined" the Battery to would specific it replace into solid? (15 2nd try at 50% of CCA "no longer Droping below 9.6 Volts in the process the try" to be sure the Battery Will Take and carry a value). Cables & Wires are sparkling & maintain? Have a "Draw try" executed on the Starter, if the Draw is to severe which may be the clarification for the "No Spark" issue. examine the gas stress on the gas Pump, after sitting with gas interior the pump for a twelve months the Diaphram interior the pump could be undesirable.

All engine need three things to start air, fuel, and spark-after checking that the engine is getting all three of those items. If still not starting the timing needs adjusting. Remember to choose a best answer
