AC/DC over Guns N Roses even though my generation belongs to GNR. I was then starting to rock when i heard the voice of Axel Rose and the guitar works of Slash.
But AC/DC is a legendary, hall-of-fame band. One of the early sounds of heavy metal. I hate Guns N Roses now coz they didn't last long and its members fight.

Although I loved G N' R when I was growing up, I witnessed a great great band fall apart of little differences that rose from stupid overrated egos. Now, AC/DC represents how a true rock n' roll band becomes the best band today. They play good old rock n' roll. They stay together as friends and don't let in fighting break them apart.

Both great bands! But for better band... AC/DC. They have been consistently one of the top rock bands for a long time and their music has infiltrated a large segment of our culture. I'm not taking anything away from G-N-R, that band had some amazing music and phenomenally talented members and is still one of my favorite bands. I'm not a music techie nut in any way but I believe that the members of G-N-R would probably be considered better musicians. AC/DC has that get in your blood and bones and make you rock quality that has never gone away and that's why they are the "better" band in the equation.

Mmmm Gunz & Roses, they have a more upscale beat than AC/DC does. Really depends what kind of music your more into, but they are both basically the same. They both great bands!

Guns N Roses absolutely...has spawned Slash's Snakepit and even more better band of Velvet Revolver with Slash on guitar the former very talented lead singer of Stone Temple Pilots as lead singer...is more a kick a$$ team than waste of a child moletested perverted skin of poor Axl Rose will ever be.

The guitarists were roughly equivalent, but otherwise AC/DC is much better.

AC/DC hands down. Staying power goes a long way...Lost a lead singer, and came on even bigger.
