Do you have your headshots and resumes?

What you need most are very supportive and level headed parents. You really need to be able to count on them to be there for you and you all need to be respectful of each other. They need to be respectful of your decision if you do not want to do a certain project and you need to be respectful of them if they decide that something is not right for you because of the material in it, etc. You all need to be responsible and businesslike about the money. It needs to be talked about upfront in regards to what percentage will be put away for your future and what they will take for driving you around, etc. Some believe it's their duty to take you everywhere and spend all day with you without compensation, others believe they are entitled to a percentage for all that time and effort but that's up to you and your family to decide and you should put it into writing so there's not fighting later. If you do what is fair, there will be no need for fighting later.

Try to maintain some normal kid activities and relationships, even chores :-). It can be hard if you get a successful series or a few films, but the best thing is to stay grounded and not get a big head no matter what. Stay humble & as normal as possible.

Once you get a real career going you may need a personal manager and a publicist. If things get really busy you may need a personal assistant who can do some of the calls and running around for your family, but these things are way off in the distance right now.

Good luck!

As long as your talented and you have an agent, that's pretty much it. I would very carefully think about the decision though. I myself was a child actress on a tv series and it is not easy. I don't know what it's like now but there was some long hours, and plus sometimes people can be absolutly brutal to a childs self esteem. Don't think you will get some major gig right away. You will probably have to do something like commercials first. Make sure you get your face out there, and bring audition tapes (Should be no more then two minutes) to different ad agency's. Good luck

Someone like a movie director, producer, or even a famous actor/actress come and see your performance and see if you got what it takes to be on that big screen.
