when you take a shower/bath on a hot day and come out feeling worse than before? i'm having one of those days :(

Next time use cold water as cold as you can stand it....this helps. When the weather is hot and humid you have to either stay in AC all the time or take showers all day.....

I find that a tepid shower helps no end as refreshes you..LOL â¥
