No...if it is with position changes such as from lying down to sitting up or standing up suddenly, it's caused from a drop in blood pressure. The medical term for it is orthostatic hypotension. More than likely, it's benign, but you could possibly be dehydrated. Try slow position changes and upping your fluid intake. IF that doesnt help, you should follow up with your dr.
