You can get pregnant before you get your period back, because you ovulate before you get your period. So, you could be pregnant. But I think that the faint line could also be from trace HCG left from you last pregnancy... though I'm not sure it would still show up after 10 weeks. I would see a doctor.

Wow you are running in a circle on this one. You really should see the doctor to be 100% sure because:
1. Your period could take weeks, months to go back to normal after pregnancy even if you are not breastfeeding.
2. You could still have the pregnancy hormone in your system that the home tests pick up...even the ones at the hospital may not be accurate at this point.
3. Your cervix could still have that bluish hue to it as well so that may not be a good indicator either.
4. You may or may not have ovulated yet...just because you did not get your period does not mean you didn't ovulate and get pregnant right away!
Talk to your doctor. At this point, you can not guess. Good luck and congrats on the baby!! :)

I would call your doctor and explain your situation. They will be able to tell you for sure if your pregnant. But chances are it sounds like its prolly a good chance that you are if you had a line. Even a faint line. But Im not sure how long your hormones stay in your body after you deliver. But I would think that they would be out of your body by now. I had a friend who ended up being pregnant when her baby was only a month old! Good luck!

i really hope you are not pregnant because another one so soon can really wreak havoc on your body, but also because your chances of complications are huge! Your body just isn't ready and won't have what it needs to nuture an entire human being. That said, stop having unprotected sex at all! and go to the doc, get a better pregnancy test and get on birth control! you should have done that at your 6 week checkup. I hope everything works out well for you no matter what happens

My friend didn't have her period for a whole year after she had her first child. She asked her doctor about it, and they did some tests. The doctor said there was nothing to worry about afterwards. Every woman's body is different. I would tell your doctor about it, just to be safe.

It can be possible to get pregnant during this time. Do you really want to risk it?
