Straight from the freezer!
I break dark chocolate into squares and freeze them then I let them melt slowly in my mouth.The chocolate lasts longer and I don't eat as much!

I make sure it is AT LEAST 72% (if not more) cocoa.
I break off a small square from the bar, then put it in my mouth. I either savour it or chew it. That is how I do it.

I like to put it in my mouth and use my tongue to roll it onto the roof of my mouth until if melts.
