This link is all I found. I do know that my son, started his own lawn mowing business at that age, and continued it until he graduated from high school. He enjoyed making good money and being his own boss.

A lot of golf courses hire summer teens as grounds keepers--weeding flower beds and watering them--stuff like that. Might need a work permit,

Some states do permit 15 year olds to work. Check with state Labor Relations board. Mc'd, supermarkets....

I could go down the controversial road, but ill keep it clean - McDonalds loves exploiting teenagers, most fast food places etc.
