Currently Flintoff is a better all rounder than Kallis. There was a time when the latter was top of the world but with age think he has given up bowling to concentrate on batting.
Pollock is of a different kind. He is a bowling all rounder. The above two are batting all rounders. Difficult to compare.

I think that Flintoff is the better all rounder. In recent years Kallis has become less and less of a bowler, partially due to injury. He is primarily a batsman who can roll his arm over these days. Flintoff's form has been down lately, but once he returns from injury I would expect him to show the great all round game he has now that he has been relieved of the burden of captaining and carrying a struggling team.
Pollock was the premier all rounder in the late 90's and early 00's, and is still a great all rounder, but perhaps not as good now that he is nearing the end of his career.
A forgotten all rounder on this list is Andrew Symonds, who is becoming better and better, and is still improving which is a scary thought given where he is at now.

I would vote for Kallis and his batting, fielding are stronger than
Flintoff. On the other hand, Flintoff is a better bowler.
I would rate Pollock at number 2, better than Flintoff for the
same qualities.
So here are my choices
Kallis
Pollock
Flintoff

Shaun Pollock is better than both of them. I would say Andrew Flintoff is a better bowler and Jacques Kalli's is the better batsman.

there isn't any factor in having capacity without matching information. that's then like a cloud that would not rain. What use is that? Gavaskar consistently suggested that Viswanath is a extra desirable batsman than him yet then the place are the matching figures of Vishy? the place is the consistency of Gavaskar? the place is the domination? large gamers dominate. that's for specific. capacity consistently manifests itself as domination the two in batting or bowling or fielding or as a typical overall performance. So, enable us to confirm their stats and skills as evaluated by skill of my pc. (assessments, runs, wickets, catches, batting capacity, bowling capacity, fielding capacity, standard capacity). Chris Cairns: sixty two / 3,320 / 218 / 14 / 398 / 618 / fifty 4 / 838 Kallis: 126 / 9,921 / 248 / 134 / 578 / 378 / 249 / 835 Flintoff: seventy one / 3,516 / 210 / forty 9 / 340 / 572 / 168 / 709 Klusener: forty 9 / one million,906 / 80 / 34 / 338 / 333 / 185 / 554 Chris Cairns is the suitable try experience allrounder among the 4 you had indicated.

Flintoff is a bowler and useful batsman.
Kallis is a batsman and useful bowler.
Overall Kallis is a better and consistent all rounder.
Pollock is still better bowler who can also get some runs.

I think it's Kallis. He is more consistent than Flintoff. And also Kallis is more fit than Flintoff.

Certainly Flintoff because he is fitter and swifter than Kallis provided he is in the "fitness" of things
