Did anyone hear that we have drunk astronauts now?

Can imagine being both drunk and weightless? What would that be like?

So let me get this straight. Before they astronauts were blasted they were wasted!

Granted. It is stupid and I'm glad no one actually got hurt.

However this country has gotten foul up fatigue lately. Somehow this seems like an unfortunate par for the course.

There is no evidence. Even the person who started this rumor will not give their name or any credibility to the claim. They refused to say who or when. It could have been way back in the 50's or 60's.

The claim is being investigated but it will probably come out as someone trying to discredit the space programs so they can channel our tax money to save some tree frog in the antarctic or something stupid like that.

The Astronauts are the best of the best and they should not be subjected to such ugly rumors that are unsubstantiated.

Driving a car while intoxicated if one is caught in that condition by a Police officer of the Law he would be issued a Summons.
However while travelling in space who is going to catch an astronauts if he had too much too drinkd while driving his spaceship vehicle? That is the question or not the question.
On the other hand the weight of the beer would have no effect on him.

Honestly, that news doesn't particularly shock me. Anyone who speculates as to how much alcohol they drank is doing just that: speculating, no report has been released indicating how much they drank.

They were severely drunk and 'caused a danger to safety'. NASA should be ashamed.
