Yes. I keep a couple large bags of red hot chili peppers floating around always. I also bought a mortar and pestle and mash up walmart jalapenos with garlic and ginger for my papaya salads and whatever else. And I go crazy for chili paste like sambal oleuk. Quite tasty.
