A: Just be positive. I believe there is an energy in the world that connects us all. If we are happy and positive, we would be affecting the energy that's around us in a good way, and others around us will feel it too. The same thing could be said about anger and negativity.

Simply just by smiling or laughing, you can practically 'infect' others with your happiness.
I also believe that when you're happy, you emit something like a joyful aura around you and it will be easy for others to be happy as well.
One thing leads to another and eventually, happiness will spread like germs!

i guess that's one of the theories behind buddhism. Learn to be happy in all situations, and then you can always be spreading happiness.
