Well I suppose the hotpants would cover up the hairy legs, but darling, hotpants wen out in the 80's. Catch up with the times. Guys with tattoos look hot, but if you dress like that, you might as well have temporary tats, that is just not a manly thing to do.

If you aren't hurting anybody by it - Have fun! It might even be sexy to other people depending on their tastes. You probably want to save it for places like where you go to have fun, not for official business, but I'm sure you knew that.

just don't go outside in 100 degree weather. (or use lots of talc)
it would be most attractive if you were also bow-legged.
a nice red push-up bra would complete the look.
