You don't. The wash you would cause could severely hamper other drivers and road users. Plus you may not see any hazards that are hidden under the water. The advice is not to drive through a flood at all if you can avoid it but if you absolutely have to then drive slowly and carefully.

Go on plough past them - then when yours stops ask yourself why.
The air intake on a vehicle is low down at the front. In some cases behind the bumper.
Ploughing through floods may be fun but you are very likely to draw water into the engine. Then you will need a new engine.
If you have to drive through floods you should do so slowly and try to avoid setting up a large bow wave.

Failing that go as fast as possible to splash the bastar*s for being careful enough not to kill themselves and other road users. lol
