Cheap options: 7300GT or 7600GS AGP versions.
Fast options: X1950 Pro AGP or 7950GT AGP

Well it depends on what graphics card you get. If you get a low-end GeForce 6 series or a Radeon 9500 or lower you won't get a great performance increase. Sounds like your system has an AGP slot. Normally I would recommend any GeForce 8600GT or above. But because you have a AGP slot you should get a GeForce 7950GT. That would increase overall system performance dramatically. Hope this helps.

DONT BUY ANY HARDWARE AT BEST BUY (response to 1st post). They WILL rip you off. You can get RAM a lot cheaper online (see links below). As for video card, yes it will help a lot (consider a 7600 GT). I agree that you should also consider upgrading RAM to 2GB as well if you want the best performance.

a new graphics card will definately help- your processer is plenty fast- but you may think about a ram upgrade, don't quote me on this but i'll bet you can get 2- 1gig sticks at bestbuy for 60-80 bucks-they also have a page where you put your computer model name/number in and they show you whats availabe for your model graphics cards/ ram/ accessories
