Liberals don't have any answers, that's why there constantly slamming Our country,President etc. They are best at complaining not at resolving a problem. It's like their on their once a month period 24/7 all year long. I've noticed that even with everyday folks that are liberals. The ones at work etc.
Nothing seems to please them~

That is real funny! A Conservative with common sense, or a brain for that matter!
So why would you want to debate with a lib, who could put you down at every turn, and make you look like the idiot you are!
A Liberal debate one of you guys ? It would be a lot of fun! So set it up, we are ready!

Liberals do debate with common sense people they are other liberals, we enjoy learning new things. Cons just want to tell people what to think and then follow them like sheep.

Who might you consider a 'person with common sense'??
I suspect you might consider that person to be someone like Ann Coulter or Rush Limbaugh, both of who refuse to debate with anyone, preferring instead to jam their own ideas and agendas down everyone throats.
I'm almost certain any liberal would relish the opportunity to legitimately debate with either of these propagandists, but one of two things would happen:
1) They would 'hog' the microphone and allow no room for objectivity, fair and balanced discourse, or accurate and factual information;
2) They would prove themselves to be incapable of such debate simply because they're used to spouting off their own ideas without interruption, disagreement, challenge or balance.
It's only a matter of time before Coulter and Limbaugh will persuade some of their 'ditto heads' to find it 'acceptable' to insult, injure or maybe even kill all those who don't share their conservative viewpoints, just as Hitler's propagandists convinced many otherwise intelligent Germans that it was 'acceptable' to gas 6 million Jews. -RKO- 07/27/07

Are you referring to some one with a copy of Thomas Paine's essay ? " As a long and violent abuse of power is generally the means of calling the right of it in question, (and in matters too which might never have been thought of, had not the sufferers been aggravated into the inquiry,) and as the king of England hath undertaken in his own right, to support the parliament in what he calls theirs, and as the good people of this country are grievously oppressed by the combination, they have an undoubted privilege to inquire into the pretensions of both, and equally to reject the usurpations of either."
I doubt very seriously if Conservatives read this .
But no I would be fearless !

Is that an invitation?
Please, by all means, bring it.
Your choice; forum or live chat.
Please present a list of topics and I'll see if I can speak with integrity on one of them. I'm sure we can agree on something.

People with common sense - generally already have the answers to their own questions nailed down.
This simply 'collars' a liberal in a way they aren't comfortable with and makes them look stupid.
So to avoid looking stupid, they avoid common sense questions. They need questions asked that really don't have a right or wrong way about them, that way no one can prove their lame or bleak outlook on it.

If your question is an example of the queries you've made, perhaps they're interested in a more substantive debate than merely a broad, open-ended statement.
