My current choice is Republican Duncan Hunter.

If I had to vote for someone from a different party, Independent Richard H. Clark sounds like a decent choice.

I don't like the he stands for Abortion Choice, but at least he would represent the majority of America - he's for the middle class.
I would never vote for Clinton or Obama. They are both Pro Abortion, Pro Gun Control, Pro Illegal Aliens, Against closing the border, Pro socialized medicine, Pro socialized everything.
I am Pro US Constitution and Bill of Rights, Pro Gun - 2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms to Protect ourselves from enemies, Pro-Life and Anti-Illegal. There are very few candidates who have these qualities.

If I HAD to choose, I would probably vote for Joe Lieberman, even though he is now an independent. The others are all way too liberal for my taste. I know he isn't running, but there is always the write in.

Well, I'm a Libertarian and usually vote for Republican, but for you, I would consider voting for Obama. I can't see myself voting for Clinton or Edwards. I think Barak brings a fresh perspective, since he really does not have much experience in Washington, which in my view having D.C experience actually clouds your judgment after being brain washed by the powers that be.

From which other party? Being a Libertarian, they're both "other".
From the Republicans, probably Ron Paul, because he's Libertarian in philosophy anyway.
From the Democrats, I think maybe FDR. Being dead, he couldn't do much more damage than he already has.

Joe Lieberman. Truthfully, I think he'd be the best from either party right now.
