well lets break it down from 2006 stats since all 4 players were healthy the whole year.
Marvin Harrision:
1366 yards and 12 TD's for a total of 199 fantasy points
Plaxico Burress:
988 yards and 10 TD's for a total of 150 fantasy points
Fred Taylor:
1146 yards and 5 TD's for a total of 160 fantasy points
Rudi Johnson:
1309 yards and 12 TD's for a total of 196 points
only 49 points separate Harrison, a top 3 WR and Burress a mid tier WR which averages out to be 3.5 extra points a game
only 36 points separate Johnson, a 1st round RB and Taylor a mid tier RB which averages out to be 2.6 extra points a game.
it probably would have been easier to tell you if you had given us your whole team. Harrision and Johnson will most likely score the same # of points so you are basically not loosing anything there.
Fragile Fred is too injury prone and Drew will overtake him eventually this season. Burress is the #1 WR in NY and will score more points this season.
Its a fair trade but is it benefical?

Yes.. Its a very good trade for you for a few reasons...
Marvin Harrison plays with the GOOD Manning (lol) and the Colts will out score the Giants over the whole season.. Giving your WR more chances at scoring TDs...
Rudi is an okay back at best.. He plays on the Bangels which is a passing team not a running team..
You get Drews back up in Fred Taylor which isn'ta horrible thing.. Esp. Because, The Jags run the ball 75% of the time..
Last Year between Drew and Taylor.. They both score over 10 Tds and both had around 1000 running not including there catches..
So, unless you only have 2 RBs on your team.. I would make the trade.. Esp. if your RBs get a point per catch like in my league..
Good luck either way

Marvin Harrison is awesome especially with Peyton throwing the ball. Fred Taylor would be good because him and Jones-Drew will split time, and if one goes down you would then have the back-up/time-splitter ready to go.
But then I wouldn't give up Rudi, he's way better than Taylor. Plaxico is risky business because E. Manning is sporadic still. So if you can unload him to a Giants fan for a good pick-up than that might be good.
Overall I wouldn't do it, just yet. Plus it's too early in the year, heck wait til the season starts, you might have better leverage if one guy blows up, but then if one of your players blows up why would you want to trade them?

It is pretty fair, but do NOT take the deal. It is not good for you in this case.
Yes, Marvin Harrison is a fantastic fantasy WR, but you do not want to give up Rudi and have Taylor and MJD as your starting duo. Rudi will definitely be better for you than having the Jags as your entire rushing team. If MJD eventually starts taking additional snaps away from Taylor, it is just going to steal points from your other RB if you make this trade.
Stick with what you have. This trade will hurt your team overall.

Don't do it. Rudi is very consistent. He is also a feature back in Cincy. Plaxico and Shockey are Eli's only targets. With Tiki gone, his receptions should increase. Marvin is going to get his. MJD splits with Fred Taylor. MJD will get the bulk of the TD's but, I wouldn't get rid of Rudi for his insurance policy.

While Marvin Harrison is one of the best receivers in football and fantasy football I think you'd be better off hanging onto Rudi Johnson, who every year is virtually a lock to get you about 1300 yards and double-digit touchdowns.
I wouldn't make the deal.

I don't think its fair.....I think you win if you make this deal. Steven Jackson is a version of Marshall Faulk but 230 pounds. I would take Heath Miller over Kellen Winslow and day of the week. I have read numerous reports saying that Winslow may not be ready for week one, and that his injury will bother him his entire career not good. Heath Miller is a red zone threat. I think Buffalo's defense will be top 10 this season and New Orleans will not. I am not an Alexander fan at all.

well, you improve big at WR,but drop a little at RB,i wouldnt do it because running backs are a little more important that recievers in fantasy football.
