When they are on duty NO. And I don't care that they are in space for several weeks or months at a time. THEY have some VERY EXPENSIVE equipment that THEY are responsible for. It is way to easy fro something to go wrong. I have been without alcohol for 13 years now. If I CAN go withOUT alcohol for this long I AM sure that they can go without for a matter of a few weeks/month.

not while in space or even in the shuttle. thats time that should be spent working not being drunk having a space party. it costs tons of money to send them up there they better bust there butts and make it worth it. they can party when they make it home safely

Yes, especially in outer space. I believe the lack of gravity would turn them into lightweights in more ways than one.
