Yes,we have choiceless awareness .Anything with a choice is the mind .The awareness behind the mind is ever present watching the thoughts .Only the thing is that the awareness must be realised by awareness.

The way to become aware & receptive is to sit quietly & concentrate your thoughts on a WORTHY WISH till your mind 7 thought become dissolved in that idea. It is Divine awareness.
