Bush.

As controversial as Bush is, he can be removed from office at the ballot box. Also, while he is responsible for the situation in Iraq with numerous deaths both of Iraqi's and troops sent there to help Iraq, this was not a deliberate policy to kill. His intention was not to kill.

Hitler would never have been removed at the ballot box. He was responsible for the murder of millions of Jews, as well as the murder of other 'undesirables' including as gypsies, comunists, homosexuals and those with learning difficulties. He had no qualms about bringing about mass murder on a scale never since seen.

No comaprison really. Bush may have been responsible for the deaths of many, but Hitler was responsible for the deaths of far far more.
