because I lived in three places while I was growing up.. I will call the town I spent most time in .. My Home Town .. and I am sorry to say BUT it is one of the most backward inbred towns you have ever come across ...

where everybody knows everybody else's business and what they DON'T know they make up ( and heaven help them if you catch them doing it... They back down and wimp away like the gossiping scolds they are)...

Where you're not ever considered to be a local ( but in reality WHO WOULD WANT TO BE) unless your Grandfather was born in the town.

Tourist Attractions .. Sorry but it has none
and the place I like Best is the road OUT of the township...

That's not to say That I didn't have some fun there ... but i think that was more about my friends than the place,

the townships nearby were far nicer places

lol and out of the fear that i offend one of the locals ... and they send somebody after me .. i would prefer not to name it .

Well my home town is in the north part of Puerto Rico, the main attraction is the beach name "Puerto Nuevo" (New Port). The best place I like more is where I raised up because is country, is quiet and the neighbors aren't to close, so you have privacy, the other good thing is that even when is country it isn't too far from the beach, which is just about 20 minutes away, so in the same town you can enjoy both things without living town.

I left my home town on 2nd July 1965 to live in the U.K. Midlands, intending to return within a couple of years! Still here.
Home Town, or rather, City, is Bristol. Changed a lot since I left but I get back from time to time. I think it has everything anyone could want either within its boundaries or within a short distance. The Docks are one of my favourites - I've moored in the marina there before going by way of the Kennet & Avon canal to London - the suspension bridge is awesome, the Cathedral is fabulous, the Zoo was a favourite when I was a child (used to go regularly to see Alfred the Gorilla - RIP and now in the Museum).
The history of Bristol is fascinating - you could spend weeks there and never get to the bottom of everything.
Has its share of brain-dead low life, like most Cities, but I really miss it - even the accent!

Well I live in Iowa,USA the main tourist attractions around here, I would say, are the Riverboat Casinos ( Big three story boats that cruise up and down the Mississippi River while you gamble ) They just legalized on land casinos here though. I think they are trying to turn it into a mini Las Vegas here.

My favorite place would have to be right here in my neighborhood. It is nice and peaceful here. Great place to raise kids.

More attractions than you can shake a stick at - to name a few there's the Tower, the London Eye, the Gherkin, St Paul's, the Monument, the House of Lords, the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace..... I don't have a favourite part, sorry!

In Greece, generally in older generations, there are some superstitions approximately black cats, passing below ladders, the day being tuesday thirteenth bringing undesirable success. We even have self assurance in something spoke of as "eyeing", its in a fashion passing 'undesirable potential' to someone you envy, and the guy feels ill/disturbed and so on. There are another superstitions like knocking on timber whilst dying or ailment are suggested.

my hometown is petersfield, hampshire. We have a teddy bear museum, a lake a few pubs and a very rubbish club.

Best stuff is outside of town, in what is soon to be the south downs national park so plenty of very nice scenery in the surrounding countryside
