The varicose veins in my legs are bothering me. To hide these unsightly leg veins, I always wear classy and posh long pants and pricey closed shoes. I am really embarrassed by them. I am afraid my condition will worsen someday. Is it because I often carry a 6 figures dough, eating out, being cool, driving a luxury sports car, watching sports on my 42" TV and vacationing in Europe? I really need your help.

Well, your varicose veins in your legs.... Maybe you immediately take a shower once you go home. You must try to rest first for, at least, an hour or two. You're not a machine. But then, even a machine, after you used it, once you pour water into it, it will be out of order. The same with you. As much a possible find time to rest for, ok? Your health is more important that your wealth.
Kindly try this... Be sure to have a warm bath or shower 2 hours after your arrived from the day's work. Always wear a pair of slippers. Be sure to apply baby oil on your legs before going to bed and also wear pajamas to protect your tired legs. If possible, wear also a pair of socks.
Hope you have a nice day :) GOD BLESS.

I will share wikipedia knowledge with your ignoble self. Please take note of the first paragraph.

Varicose veins are more common in women than in men, and are linked with heredity[6]. Other related factors are pregnancy, obesity, menopause, aging, prolonged standing, leg injury and abdominal straining. Varicose veins are bulging veins that are larger than spider veins, typically 3 mm or more in diameter.

Varicose veins are veins that have become enlarged and twisted. The term commonly refers to the veins on the leg, although varicose veins occur elsewhere. Veins have leaflet valves to prevent blood from flowing backwards (retrograde). Leg muscles pump the veins to return blood to the heart. When veins become enlarged, the leaflets of the valves no longer meet properly, and the valves don't work. The blood collects in the veins and they enlarge even more. Varicose veins are common in the superficial veins of the legs, which are subject to high pressure when standing. Besides cosmetic problems, varicose veins are often painful, especially when standing or walking. They often itch, and scratching them can cause ulcers. Serious complications are rare. Non-surgical treatments include sclerotherapy, elastic stockings, elevating the legs, and exercise. The traditional surgical treatment is vein stripping to remove the affected veins. Newer surgical treatments are less invasive but have not been tested as thoroughly. Since most of the blood in the legs is returned by the deep veins, and the superficial veins only return about 10%, they can be removed without serious harm.[1][2] Varicose veins are distinguished from reticular veins (blue veins) and telangiectasias (spider veins) which also involve valvular insufficiency,[3] by the size and location of the veins.

Varicose veins are frequently treated by eliminating the "bad" veins. This forces the blood to flow through the remaining healthy veins. Various methods can be used to eliminate the problem veins, including, most commonly, surgery or sclerotherapy. Less commonly, laser or electro-cautery treatments have been used to treat the smallest spider veins, especially on the face. Surgery to treat varicose veins, commonly referred to as "stripping," is usually done under local or partial anesthesia, such as an "epidural."

They can even be dangerous during a long (sitting) trip... you'll need to wear support hose. Do what I did and get them removed. It can even get done in a day hospital... I'm sure you'll be able to afford it.
