im 13 !!!
i drink water and eat lots of fruit
i go to sleep about 9.00pm - 10.00pm and wake up at 7.00am
how can i get rid of them ?
and why have i got them ?

Some people are just prone to bags under the eyes no matter what they do to prevent it.
To help reduce them try putting a cold compress over your eyes each night, cucumbers can also help.(just cut a couple of slices and stick them over your eyes for 20mins or so each night)
Theres eye creams that you can use aswell, but they are aimed more at older woman.
Go see your doc he may be able to help.

Well you sound like you get enough sleep. You could possibly be missing something in your diet. What are all the foods you eat? You can even be deficient in some vitamins. Also you could be possibly getting to much sleep. But that is unlikely. Have you talked to your mom or doctor about this? If you haven't you should. And you could possibly just be prone to them. You could also have poor blood circulation. There are multiple possibilities. Try this, put a spoon in the freezer before you go to bed. When you wake up in the morning take the spoon from the freezer and stick on your bags. Make sure the spoon is cold. Hope i helped.

Please let your mom know about this as well, and also your doctor so that they can evaluate the situation further to see what they think is going on.
Sometimes people get bags under their eyes because of not getting enough sleep.
The doctor can help you to try and figure out what is going on.

does it run in the family.? hmmm. i cant think of a reason. your 13 so hopefully u dont smoke. so that cant be it. tell your parents and ask them about it. go to a doctor.
