Best actor have to be Lee, where Price did more thriller,also Lee did quite a lot of films with Cushing who was also in star wars as Grand Moff Tarkin 1977.
So no contest it's 100% Lee.

I have to go with Christopher Lee on this one.. even though I always love Vincent Price's characters more..
Vincent Price was type cast.. he wasn't "acting".. the characters were written around him..
Christopher Lee's characters have varied .. (even though he does seem to play a great bad guy.. lol).. If you watch him in things that are not horror you can see his range..

They're equally great actor who've starred in numerous movies. I side with Christopher Lee as I associate him more with Count Dooku and Saruman, who themselves are similar characters.
