Honestly I can only think of one thing. Because of people like Fred Phelps, he signed the following bill.
On May 24, 2006, the United States House and Senate passed the Respect for America's Fallen Heroes Act, which President Bush signed five days later. The act bans protests within 300 feet of national cemeteries — which numbered 122 when the bill was signed — from an hour before a funeral to an hour after it. Violators face up to a $100,000 fine and up to a year in prison

Depending how you look at it,he goes on vacation a lot. A lot of the time he's never there. In fact even when he's there he's not really there if you know what I mean! So I say every time he's on vacation he's doing the nation a big favor.

He has alerted us to how easily elections can be manipulated ( Ohio- 04 ) and stolen out right ( 2000 ) . 3. He has reminded us of the dangers of letting one party controll everything. 4. He has reminded us of how necessary it is to have a separation between Church and State. 5. He has reminded us that civil rights are not protected by our government - we the people must do this our selves. 6. He has reminded us that we MUST have a tripartite system of checks and balances.. 7. He has reminded us of the dangers of entering into pre epmtive wars with no legitimate justification, 8. He has reminded us how necessary it is to have oversight and accountability, 9. He has reminded us of the danger an out of control executive branch can be to the rule of law. 10. He has united millions of Americans in opposition to him, his administration and his policies.

Seriously though, the only good thing I can think of was when he signed the bill that disallowed protests at funerals because of those idiots at Westboro Baptist. Of course, the bill wasn't his idea. I'm actually surprised he signed it, to be truthful.

HAS GIVEN MORE MONEY TO AFRICA THAN ANY OTHER PRESIDENT IN HISTORY, FOR THAT MATTER WORLD LEADER... Having said that, I think he is an incompetent president,but I don't think he is an evil person
as the world portrays him, just some one who believes what he is doing is right, but so does fundamentalist Islamics !
