From Amsterdam to Paris is best and cheapest way is the Eurolines bus. You can get a one way fare for 12 euros and the time of the trip is only slightly longer (six hours) than on the train.

Best - train
Cheapest - coach
**EDIT**
Use the first link below for trains from Amsterdam to Paris and Brussels. Price to Paris €55.50 each way, price to Brussels €34.00 each way.
Use the second link for Berlin trains and the third link for London trains.
A card may be cheaper, but I can't give you a price as you need to give details of how long you want the card to run and what areas you want it to cover, and where you live. See the fourth link for more details.

Check ryanair for flights from London (Stanstead) to
Eindhoven, NL (not too far from Amsterdam)
Brussels/Charleroi, or Paris Beauvais
and Berlin Schoenefeld
Fly from London to the cheapest of these, then have a France/Benelux/Germany railpass ready for however many days you need.
Also check easyjet and germanwings and airberlin to see if you can beat ryanair's prices. I love trains, but you can actually fly cheaper with these budget airlines.
Some Ryanair flights will say the cost only a penny/pence or one euro!!! It's true, but the taxes may bring that up to 20 or 30 euros.
The Eurostar from London is expensive, and England isn't included in railpasses, but you can get a discount if you have the France/Benelux/Germany railpass, or you can check with youth travel agencies in London for discounts.
If you're just making a couple of train trips, it will be cheaper to just buy indiv.. train tickets. German rail has some trains that are at off-peak times that are much cheaper. YOu can check these prices on Germanrail's website www.bahn.de

Brussels could be the capital of Belgium and is the principal seat of the Belgian Royal Family and, also the capital of the European Union and if you intend to know after that it this is the place hotelbye . Brussels is an incredibly small, easy-going, and human-sized city for all their importance. Unlike anthers city making use of their hordes of tourists, Brussels is Belgium's main financial and academic hub, which provides the town an even more workaday sense than different towns. Here, in Brussels, if you'd choose to see, you will get a correct experience for Belgian life, particularly its excellent restaurant and café culture. Even though Brussels might not need the star attractions of different Belgian towns, the capital has plenty of to keep readers entertained for a day or two with a clutch of world-class museums and artwork galleries, along with quirkier views like the Atomium, and some wonderful remnants of previous architecture in the old community quarter.

Definitely by train, I got an excellent one way fare from Berlin to Amsterdam (it takes 6 hours) for 29.00 Euro on http://www.bahn.de - English site link is below, and it's cheaper if you buy in advance.
For Netherlands--> Anywhere Else by train, you can book in person in Amsterdam Centraal Station, they have English speakers and will take credit cards.
Flying ends up taking almost as long as the train (from door-to-door), and is so much more of a hassle. Get a window seat on the train instead and you will get to see so much more of Europe!

You can use euroline coaches for around 9euro but you have to book in advance.
Otherwise train is quite good, but you may want to purchase a discount card ( i think it's 50euros for a year) within the netherlands it will get you 40% off and give you a smaller discount in other continental countries... their website will also have information on trains and costs.
