If this is serious, you need to get second and third opinions until someone can tell you what is wrong. A doctor, not someone on yahoo answers. Don't let your doctor ignore it if you know something is wrong. Move on, find a new - better - doctor.
I hope the best for you.

See another doctor......several of them if you have to. Your doctors shouldn't stop searching until they find out what's wrong. Have they done a mamogram on you yet? Have they tested you for Fibromyalgia? Cysts?
It is not normal to bleed from the breasts, nor is it normal for you to have a lump and pain like that. And I believe it is only normal to lactate if you are pregnant. I assume you and your doctor have already ruled out that possibility?
Until you can find a decent doctor who is willing to hunt for the cause of your pain, try these things:
1. Use a hot water bottle wrapped in a hand towel and put it over the lump in your breast. Do this for at least a half hour to an hour, as many times a day as you feel you need to. This should relieve some of the pain.
2. If you are not allergic to it, take Aleve as recommended on the bottle. This may help with some pain too.
3. Stop eating any kind of nuts. Don't have caffeine or chocolate in any form for at least a week. Cut back on your sugar intake. There are some conditions that are aggravated by these foods so cutting them out may help.
4. Stay away from fatty meats for a while. And use as little butter as you can.
5. Get extra sleep. If you are fatigued or stressed, this can also aggravate some condtions. Getting more rest can help.
6. Stop worrying as much as you can. Try meditation and other relaxation techniques that can help you calm your fears and focus your mind. This may make a huge improvement in your condition if you do it for about 20 minutes every day.
If you cannot get your doctor to do so, call around and find a doctor who will consider giving you a biopsy. Your doctor should have done one already. I know many doctors like to say "Oh, you're too young to get one of those", but from what you said, it sounds like he should have already gotten it done just in case. Being in constant pain is unbearably harsh and he needs to be doing more to resolve this problem for you.
Good luck, hon. Have faith.

If you're actually bleeding from the nipple, I can't understand why a doctor cannot find anything wrong. You need a mammogram, possibly an ultrasound. This is something not to ignore.
Please seek another physician.

I would recommend seeking several more opinions and ask them to do an ultrasound if one hasn't been done.
When getting a second opinion I recommend getting it from a doctor that does not share the same office of the doctor you currently see.

Please go to a different doctor and demand that he does some tests! If they say that there is nothing wrong - get them to explain exactly what is happening otherwise...but if that was me - I would try to get an appropriate answer. Good luck and God bless.
