she may still love your dearly or she may just be trying to be civil.

They could be having problems and she may have realized the terrible mistake she has made.

The grass isn't always greener on the other side but some people just can't help but to run through it.

Go to dinner and see what it is she wants. Remember that once you had children your lives became obsolete. Everything you do now should be for them.

Best thing to do is ask her. If she continues this relationship with the coworker, you'll have to deal with the situation for the sake of the kids. You'll have to put on a good face and keep the main thought in mind that you've got to be an adult and do what's right for your kids, even though your "wife" may not.

It might help for you to talk to a psychologist. They can give you some tools to help deal with your current feelings. I'm recommending this because it helped me in a similar situation. The kids were happy because everybody got along. We didn't have to be best friends, but we were cordial. This worked because we acted like adults.

There could be a whole number of reasons: maybe she's doing it for the kids; or maybe she thinks you can all just get along - because that's what she wants, or maybe she is feeling a little guilty and wants to check you are eating OK.

Either way, think carefully before accepting and being a guest in her new surroundings. It may just be too soon......

No, she's not being nice. She's being selfish. She either wants to feel you out to see if you're interested in getting back together, or she wants to ask you for a divorce. My money's on the first one.
Good luck.

You won't know until you go.
She may need 'closure' if she is meeting you by herself, i.e. she is not being escorted by her alleged lover.
Or she may want to discuss some related legal issues, such as divorce papers, custody, etc. .
I wouldn't however raise my hopes of a reconciliation after such a short period of time.
But please go and hope for the best

You gotta be joking...

Done is done in my book.
If she has issues about the kids to discuss tell her to call you, other wise, no can do X.
